My training programs are results oriented, designed to improve your fitness, drop your body-fat, and reshape your body the way you've always wanted. Upon meeting, I’ll first perform a nutritional evaluation, then provide a detailed nutritional plan to correct any imbalances that may interfere with your goals. Then, based upon your specific goal and taking any medical condition into consideration, I integrate several modalities of exercise - including functional weight training, kettlebell movements, lite kickboxing, core stability and plyometrics - as well as cardiovascular exercise to have the most fun sessions and achieve amazing results! My professional experience as a fitness trainer working with diverse populations has equipped me to assist you at achieving your fitness goals.
